B.A.P's Youngjae has been confirmed for the upcoming KBS drama 'Police Academy'.
On March 18, Youngjae's label stated, "Yoo Youngjae was recently confirmed to be starring in 'Police Academy'. He'll be playing the role of Jo Joon Wook." If cast, Youngjae will be taking on the character of a cheerful freshman at the police academy who's returned to South Korea after studying abroad.
'Police Academy' revolves around the story of young people looking for their dreams and coming across love as they study at a police academy, and it's expected to premiere in the second half of 2021. f(x)'s Krystal, B1A4's Jinyoung, Cha Tae Hyun, and Lee Jong Hyuk are in talks to star in the drama as well.
The B.A.P member recently starred in the hit tvN drama 'Mr. Queen'.
