Big Bang's Taeyang reveals his MBTI personality

Big Bang'sTaeyang took to his Instagram story to respond to fans asking him to participate in the MBTI personality quiz!

Taeyang revealed that his personality, according to the test, falls under INFJ-A or the Advocate personality trait.

"Advocates" are a rare personality type, making up less than 1% of the population.

Advocates hold a lot of compassion and sensitivity. They tend to find it easy to make connections with others and give a sense of warmth. Those around an advocate may describe them as “quiet extroverts”.

Advocates want to help others but that can come at a cost. Advocates need to be careful of taking on too much from others and need to remember to focus on themselves from time to time or they risk causing themselves anxiety, particularly if they can’t do anything to help.

It seems that this personality type really sums up the Taeyang we know!

Have you done your personality test yet?

*Please keep in mind that this particular website used does not provide an accurate result of your MBTI personality and is more of a novelty quiz*

I've noticed something regarding this interest for mbti in kpop recently and I see I'm not the only one. People keep saying that 16personalities site is not reliable...and they are correct, at least when it comes to the original mbti theory. That site uses the Big Five theory which is not the same as mbti. They actually even explain that on the site, in the 'our framework' section. They disregard the functions which are the basics of mbti. I totally agree that Big Five is more popular, practical and easier to understand, but if done right, with understanding of the functions (even if takes some time and is difficult to prove) mbti is way more accurate and helpful. There's nothing wrong with doing that 16personalities test for fun, but I think that people who are not familiar with mbti deserve to know the difference between these two theories, so that they can get the accurate results.
