Jeon Jungkook of BTS has officially been nominated for TC Candler’s annual “100 Most Handsome Faces of 2019” list. The South Korean singer was a nominee last year as well, coming in at #2.

The “100 Most Handsome Faces of 2018” list by TC Candler recognizes some of the world’s most handsome male celebrities.The selection is based not only on the appearance but also on cultural background, lifestyle and public opinions, aspects that make these lists prestigiuos and high-profile.

Jungkook (together with the rest of the BTS members) was ordained with the fifth-class Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit by the President of South Korea becoming the youngest recipient of the cultural merit medal.

On the March 16 the singer and dancer ranked 2nd in "The 100 Most Handsome Asia Faces 2018" by TC Candler Asia, surpassed only by the Chinese martial artist, actor and director Wu Jing.

 Jungkook has also been included in the 2018 Top 10 Most Handsome Men in the World by the American media outlet, Gazette Review, the only Korean man in the list along with celebrities like Chris Evans, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Chris Hemsworth and more.

For these reasons, Jungkook is on the short list to be the winner of the ‘100 Most Handsome Faces of 2019’.
