According to media reports on May 18, announcer Jo Eun Jung, who previously admitted to being in a relationship with actor So Ji Sub a day earlier, has already retired from the entertainment industry.

Jo Eun Jung, who made her debut as a broadcaster for game-program based station OGN in 2014, promoted as a reporter for SBS's 'One Night of Entertainment' from 2016-2018. The entertainment news program was also the spot where she first met So Ji Sub. 

However, it's been revealed that earlier this year, Jo Eun Jung expressed her intentions to leave the entertainment industry via her SNS. Shortly afterward, she concluded her exclusive contract with her agency Imagine Asia, and her profile has since been deleted from the label's website. Jo Eun Jung then deleted all of her official SNS accounts including Facebook, Instagram, etc, bidding farewell to her career in entertainment in order to enroll in graduate school. 

Back on May 17, after admitting to his relationship with Jo Eun Jung who is 17-years younger, actor So Ji Sub relayed in a letter to his fans, "It's still too early to bring up marriage." So Ji Sub and Jo Eun Jung have been dating for approximately the past year, sources said.
