New JTBC show 'Stage K' shares plans for a 2NE1 reunion

A 2NE1 reunion might become a reality on JTBC's 'Stage K.'

'Stage K' is a new dance competition show where K-pop fans from 77 countries come together to compete. Dara is on the show as a 'K Leader,' a role supporting the competitors. An idol group titled 'Dream Star' leads each episode. 

At the press conference on April 2, Dara said, "According to the producers, there were people who auditioned with 2NE1 dances. I wondered if we would be able to come together thanks to JTBC, and how amazing that would be."

Producer Kim Hak Min heightened excitement by commenting, "We also want 2NE1's appearance on the show. We are positively looking into it," and added, "Not only 2NE1 but we also hope for a dream competition with the Wonder Girls."

Along with Dara, g.o.d's Park Joon Hyung, Sechskies' Eun Ji Won, and Wonder Girls' Yubin are the 'K Leaders.' The show is hosted by MC Jun Hyun Moo. The first episode of airing on April 7.
