Jung Joon Young and former F.T. Island member Jonghun have denied sexually assaulting a woman as a group.

On April 18, SBSfunE released an interview with a woman who alleged she was sexually assaulted by Jung Joon Young, Jonghun, 'Burning Sun' employee Kim, former YG Entertainment employee Heo, and businessman Park in March of 2016. After Jung Joon Young's chatroom controversy hit the news, she went to lawyer Bang Jung Hyun who originally took the chatroom logs to the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. After confirming she was in 1 voice recording, 6 photos, and chat logs that hint at her sexual assault, she's now taking legal action against the group.

However, Jonghun's later has responded, "It's true they were in the same bed, but no sexual relations took place." Police have also stated, "Though we've looked over the photos in the chatroom, it's difficult to confirm her identity because the face isn't clear. We plan to investigate after she files her complaint."

The below logs from Jung Joon Young's controversial chatroom have also been revealed. The conversation goes as follows:

"Jung Joon Young: Yesterday, she was having [relations] with Jonghun
Mr Kim: Funny
Jung Joon Young: (shares audio clip) I laughed because she made this kind of noise
Jung Joon Young: In the end, she just wanted to sleep with a celebrity

Jung Joon Young: Oh, do you have a video? We got caught because XX hyung used the flash on his camera. Delete it quickly. Before Jonghun saves it
Jonghun: Hahahaha

Mr. Kim: You had to xxxx before she gained consciousness. I acknowledge that Jonghun held in his laughter because he had to xxxx"
