Park Kyung opened up about Zico's departure from Seven Seasons.
In November 2018, it was officially announced that Zico decided not to renew his contract with Seven Seasons, and Block B will continue promoting as a group of 6. Following the news, Park Kyung and P.O. made headlines with their witty Instagram posts about solo Zico.
On the January 8 airing of MBC Every1's 'Video Star,' Park Kyung elaborated on this and said, "I was friends with Zico since elementary school. He did not renew his contract this time. We were worried our fans might become sad so we posted the playful posts to solve things with humor."
Park Kyung explained, "In our group chat, we asked Zico, 'What do you think about this?' before posting it. Zico also laughed. It was posted with his agreement."
