On January 10, Big Hit Entertainment issued a response to media outlets after numerous inquiries regarding the debuting name of the label's new rookie boy group. 

Currently, netizens seem highly suspicious of a private SNS account floating around, @TXT_bighit. As such, some suspect that the debut name of Big Hit's upcoming boy group will be TXT, following a similar format to BTS.

Big Hit replied in regard to this suspicion, "We cannot say anything until we release official contents, and we ask for you understanding." 

Meanwhile, many are also wondering whether or not Big Hit Entertainment's rookie boy group debut will take place before, or after, BTS's comeback this year.
