Luna withstood freezing temperatures for cryotherapy.�

On November 23, Luna shared a video of her in a cryotherapy session. She captioned, "I feel like a vegetable at E Mart. I started cryotherapy to build endurance ahead of important shoots. I decided to invest 3 minutes 2 times a week!! I'm going to regularly have cryotherapy. It goes down to negative 130 degrees. It's colder than I imagine. The 3 minutes feel so long... but I can do it."

Cryotherapy is a cold sauna primarily targeted for rheumatism�patients. It's also used for cosmetic purposes. Remaining in cryotherapy at -110 to -170 degrees for 3 minutes helps with breaking down fat faster.�In the past,�rapper�Swings�was known for using cryotherapy for weight loss. Sulli�has also shared videos of her undergoing the treatment.�
