On July 12, Sulli shared a video of her withstanding negative temperatures for the cold therapy. The star is seen withstanding the freezing cold while the temperatures drop down to -140 degrees.�

Cryotherapy is a cold sauna primarily targeted for rheumatism�patients. It's also used for cosmetic purposes. Remaining in cryotherapy at -110 to -170 degrees for 3 minutes helps with breaking down fat faster.�In the past,�rapper Swings�was known for using cryotherapy for weight loss, and cryotherapy was referred to as the 'Swings' Diet'.�
