Cryotherapy is a cold sauna primarily targeted for rheumatism patients. It's also used for cosmetic purposes. Remaining in cryotherapy at -110 to -170 degrees for 3 minutes helps with breaking down fat faster. In the past, rapper Swings was known for using cryotherapy for weight loss, and cryotherapy was referred to as the 'Swings' Diet'.
