Uhm Jung Hwa in talks to star in upcoming action-comedy 'Okay Madam'

Uhm Jung Hwa is considering a role in the upcoming film 'Okay Madam,' according to her agency KeyEast Entertainment.

Directed by Shin Hyun Sung, 'Okay Madam' is a hilarious action comedy about an ordinary older woman who runs a small traditional donut shop who accidentally ends up on a plane. Uhm Jung Hwa is currently in talks to play the starring role.

If she takes the part, this will be the first time in four years that the talented singer-actress will be playing a film role since her appearance in the 2015 romantic comedy 'Wonderful Nightmare.'

Meanwhile, 'Okay Madam' is currently in pre-production with plans to begin shooting sometime in the first half of 2019.
