Comedian Jang Do Yeon (33) and South Club's Nam Tae Hyun became an on-screen wife and husband for 'In-Laws in Practice'.
'In-Laws in Practice' is a new tvN variety show where the parents of celebrities watch and comment on the on-screen marriage of their daughter/son.
The first episode aired on October 5 and showed Jang Do Yeon and Nam Tae Hyun meeting for the first time and starting their on-screen marriage. Jang Do Yeon awkwardly entered Nam Tae Hyun's home and jumped in surprise after finding Nam Tae Hyun. She commented, "Are you sure you know about this program? I'm sorry."
In the interview, Jang Do Yeon revealed, "I didn't think he'll be younger than me. I was expecting someone my age." Nam Tae Hyun also said, "I was flustered. It was really unexpected so my mind went blank."
As for their age gap of 9 years, Jang Do Yeon said, "I'm afraid I'll seem like a young aunt rather than a noona. 9 years feels like a big gap to me." On the other hand, Nam Tae Hyun said, "I don't really care about the age but I think noona was really uncomfortable about it. She seemed very shy."
