BTS fan club 'Run ARMY' donates money for the comfort women victims

BTS fan club made a kind donation for the comfort women victims. 

On October 5, the organization 'Justice for the Comfort Women' revealed that BTS fan club, 'Run ARMY', donated 8,645,857 KRW (7,647 USD). The donation fund was collected for 10 days from September 16 to the 26th. 

A rep from 'Run ARMY' stated, "We collected the donation fund in order to help solve Japan's sex slave issues and to help the comfort women victims recover their rights and justice."

Netizens are highly praising the fans meaningful donation, and commented, "Thank you BTS fans", "So proud of BTS as well as their fandom", "BTS must be very proud too."
