TS Entertainment has released a statement regarding recent reports that a member of B.A.P is being investigated for sexual harassment.
In the statement, the agency confirms the member in question to be Himchan, adding, "As previously reported, a misunderstanding occurred during a group event Himchan was invited to by an acquaintance, and it was investigated by the police."
"Moving forward, he will faithfully provide the truth during his investigation," they stated, adding that they would make another statement as soon as the case is settled.

"There was a report that the police would be forwarding them to the prosecution with the recommendation of indictment," they explained, calling it a situation where the two parties involved have very different accounts, so more investigation is needed.
