'The Tonight Show' ratings increase with BTS's appearance

'The Tonight Show' has enjoyed an increase in ratings following the heavily hyped appearance of BTS.


BTS appeared on Tuesday night's episode of 'Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', performing their hit song, 'IDOL' and doing the 'Fortnite' Dance Challenge. According to data provided by NBC, Tuesday's episode with BTS drew a 2.1 overnight rating in households and a 0.7 rating in the key demo of adults 18-49. It was an increase compared to Monday's episode which drew a 2.0 household rating and a 0.6 rating in the key demo.

Additionally, the videos featuring BTS on 'The Tonight Show's' official YouTube channel has received millions of views compared to the other videos on the channel that are in the thousands.
