Sunmi talked about working with YG producer Teddy.

The idol star partnered with Teddy for "Gashina" and "Heroine". At the time of the release, netizens accused "Heroine" of plagiarizing famous British female artist Cheryl Cole's track "Fight For This Love". For Sunmi' comeback, netizens noticed that their partnership didn't continue on her new album 'Warning'.

At the comeback showcase on September 4, Sunmi was asked if she didn't work with Teddy this time because of the plagiarism controversy surrounding "Heroine". Sunmi answered, "We have clearly shared our official response at the time of the issue," and emphasized, "That is not the reason why I (actively) participated in this album myself."

She continued, "There were songs that I've worked on and I wanted to make a meaningful album that can engrave Sunmi's identity."
