MakeUs Entertainment spoke up about Sunmi's condition.
On a phone call with SBS funE, a rep from the agency stated, "It's as stated on the official statement," and added, "We quickly posted the announcement so the fans who came to the live broadcast studio wouldn't come all the way there for nothing."
As for Sunmi's health, the rep said, "She's currently resting in the hospital. It's not a serious issue, so the fans shouldn't worry too much. It seems that Sunmi's body was overwhelmed due to the stress she was under during album production and completing the comeback schedule."
Sunmi did complete the filming for 'Music Bank'. The rep said, "The recording will be going out as scheduled. She was just unable to stand on the live stage," and concluded, "Further schedules will be decided after some time."
Earlier on September 14, it was reported that Sunmi was transferred to the hospital during 'Music Bank' recording after collapsing on stage.
