Uni.T's Jiwon opened up about her initial feelings over revealing her relationship status.
Back in July of 2018, former SPICA and current Uni.T member Jiwon (Yang Ji Won) had gone public regarding her non-celebrity boyfriend on 'Video Star'. Two months later, Uni.T recently came back with their final single "I Mean", bringing Jiwon's relationship under media outlets' radar once again.
Jiwon shared that she initially felt apologetic toward her fellow Uni.T members, fearful that the news might bring potential harm to the group. During an interview, however, leader Woohee expressed her support for Jiwon's public relationship and said, "we all knew of her situation very well."
The singer continued, revealing that she is "still dating" with her current boyfriend without a problem. "My boyfriend doesn't talk very much, but I think he is kind of enjoying this public relationship. On another hand, he worries about me and Uni.T as well."
In other news, Uni.T's last single "I Mean" dropped on September 18th, as part of their final album 'Begin With The End'.
