For a very long time, SM's SMTOWN YouTube channel had the most subscribers for a K-pop YouTube channel but they were surpassed earlier today.
On August 21, Big Hit Entertainment's iBigHit YouTube channel reached 15,394,000 subscribers which surpassed SMTOWN's total. As of this writing, the iBigHit channel has over 15,399,000 subscribers while SMTOWN is around 15,393,000 subscribers.
The iBigHit Channel is also now the most subscribed channel from South Korea.
