Young Korean woman arrested for murdering her boyfriend's ill mother in Thailand

A Korean woman in her 20s has been arrested for murder in Thailand. 

According to the Embassy of South Korea in Bangkok, on June 21, a young Korean woman was arrested for murder in Chiang Mai. 

The police state the woman murdered her boyfriend's mother with a weapon. Meanwhile, the woman claims her boyfriend's mother, who was suffering from Alzheimer's disease, often looked down on her and used violence. Currently, the police are investigating both the woman and her boyfriend regarding the murder. 


It's reported that the woman entered Thailand last year and lived with her boyfriend for around 10 months. The boyfriend's mother moved to Chiang Mai with them 4 months ago.
