Cosmic Girls' Eunseo, former Rainbow member Hyunyoung, Shin Soo Ji, and Han Bo Reum came together for a 'Cosmopolitan' photoshoot.
The magazine brought together 4 girls who took care of their bodies diligently, and each woman talked about their workout tips. Shin Soo Ji said, "When I was a gymnast, I went on severe diets and my body fat never went above 5%. But now, I'm a bowler and a golfer, so I eat well to gain strength and exercise happily."
Han Bo Reum said, "To take care of your body, it's important not to have a goal for a certain situation, but to do it like a habit naturally all the time."
Hyunyoung said, "Sometimes, I want to quit because working out is hard. But if I don't work out, I can't eat the way I want and still retain my figure, so I have to exercise." Eunseo also added, "In the past, I thought being very thin was pretty, so I was obsessed with my weight. But it's not like that anymore. I have a workout routine that works for me and I try to control what I eat so I can be healthy."
