TEEN TOP's Niel is making his film acting debut.
The idol star is playing the lead in music/romance film 'Swag'. 'Swag' depicts the musical growth story of a wealthy son. The film officially started the production process on May 14. The cast and crew will be traveling back and forth from Korea to Los Angeles for filming.
Niel shared a comment on taking the lead role on his debut film, and said, "There is pressure since its' my first film and I'm playing the lead but I'm able to relate well as it's a music film with the role of a singer. I want to well depict the main character's growth as an artist."
Director Lim Sung Kwan of 'Swag' has filmed multiple MVs including Taeyeon's "Why", BTOB's "Movie", Block B's "Jackpot", and TEEN TOP's "Miss Right".
Meanwhile, Niel is currently in promotions for TEEN TOP's new album 'Seoul Night'.
