On the latest episode of 'One Night of TV Entertainment', a segment covered Red Velvet's recent luncheon at the Blue House with President Moon Jae In. But amidst the special dishes and the historical face-to-face greetings, the one thing that caught the attention of the show was the group photo.
In the photo of Red Velvet with the President and the First Lady, Irene's hand gesture stood out from everybody else's. While everyone made a small finger heart, Irene had rebelliously gone for the small hand heart alone, even though the finger heart was a suggestion made by the President on the spot!
While searching for the reason, the entertainment show extracted audio from Red Velvet's past reality show 'Level Up! Project'. In one episode, Irene said, "I don't like this [finger] heart." When the girls asked why, she said, "It's like a narrow-minded, petty heart," making the girls burst into laughter back then.
