Oh My Girl's Seungheerevealed show she lost over 8kg (~17.6lbs).
During the May 24 episode of K STAR's 'Gourmet Road 4', Oh My Girl's Seunghee and Jiho guested on the show. Once the cast and the idols arrived at the second restaurant, comedian Kim Shin Young asked, "I'm worried about going on a diet ahead of Celeb Five's comeback. Oh My Girl members worry about the same thing, right?"
Seunghee answered, "I once lost 8kg before making our comeback with 'Coloring Book'. All I ate on a daily basis was half a pear and a chicken breast the size of my hand, without eating any carbs," shocking everyone.
