According to sources on May 14, singer BoA has become the new owner of a building located in Jayang-dong of the Gwangjin district.
Reports say the building was purchased back in March at a price of 2.8 billion KRW (~ $2.5 million USD). The building is approximately 449.36 square meters, while the plot of land is reported to be around 254.5 square meters.
The inside of the building contains a restaurant, a motel, and more.
