On April 1, along with a strong lineup of South Korean artists, Red Velvet showed what K-pop has to offer by performing at the East Pyongyang Grand Theater and Pyongyang Arena. Afterward, the members of Red Velvet shared how it felt to have such a rare opportunity.

Irene said, "When I was gasping for air, the audience smiled and cheered me on." Yeri also added, "The audience clapped and even sang along to our songs, even more than we expected. Because of that, our nervousness went away."

Wendy shared as well, "Before we started, we thought and were determined to just show our music to the best of our abilities even if there are no reactions but the audience strongly, positively responded."

Meanwhile, on this special day, Red Velvet performed "Bad Boy" and "Red Flavor" as four members, without Joy due to schedule complications.
