Former Miss Korea/actress Kim Sung Ryung gives tips on how she maintains her Miss Korea figure in her fifties

On the April 30 airing of JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator', actress and former Miss Korea winner Kim Sung Ryung (51) revealed the contents of her refrigerator.

During her introduction, MC Kim Sung Joo asked how the actress maintains her Miss Korea figure even in her fifties. She started with, "To be honest, I weigh myself first thing every single morning. Right now I weigh 54 kg (119 lbs)," confessing that she wants to clarify rumors regarding her figure such as that she doesn't even weigh 50 kg and more. 

She continued, "I would love to cut down 1 kg, but that 1 kg just won't go away. If I eat a little, I'm 55 kg, normally I'm 54 kg, and if I diet a little, I'm 53 kg. If I see that I'm nearing 55kg, I immediately start being careful. And right after I weigh myself, I eat breakfast. I love breakfast most." 

Kim Sung Ryung then added that she always sleeps early and wakes up early, setting her breakfast time to around 7:30 AM. If she sleeps early, she's less likely to eat late at night, she shared.
