On the January 11 airing of KBS2's 'Happy Together 3', Jung Chae Yeon appeared as one of the talk portion guests and talked about working with Yeo Jin Goo for SBS drama 'Into the New World'.
She stated, "We are actually the same age in real life." When asked what kind of friend Yeo Jin Goo is, Jung Chae Yeon answered, "He made me trust him a lot. He's a friend with many experiences. The set was still a bit awkward and unfamiliar to me. Whenever I didn't know what to do, he was there for me so I was able to rely on him."

MC Uhm Hyun Kyung noted, "The scene of him giving you a piggyback ride on the railroad was the most impressive." Regarding this, Jung Chae Yeon said, "That was very late at night. All I had to do was sleep on his back but he had to carry me. I felt sorry so I told him I'm not as heavy as I look, and he said, 'It's okay. I've worked out a lot so I'll be okay with carrying you.'"
