Singer Uhm Jung Hwa revealed she's taken up yoga because of Lee Hyori's suggestion.
On the December 12th live stream of V App's 'Uhm Jung Hwa's Happy Travels!', Uhm Jung Hwa shared, "I'm a good cook. I can cook most Korean foods. I can't do very complicated dishes, but I'm good at making stews and greens." She continued that she's been preparing for her comeback with 'The Cloud Dream of The Nine - Second Dream', saying, "I've been dieting as I wait for my first comeback stage. In the past, I would starve and exercise, but I don't think that's good anymore. I eat enough protein and exercise."
She added, "I've fallen into yoga again because of Lee Hyori. I released a yoga video with Lee So Ra in 2003, and since then, I've been doing yoga for mental breathing."
