SM Entertainment has denied earlier reports about BoA's upcoming reality show 'Keyword #BoA'.

On December 13, SM Entertainment stated BoA was currently negotiating a reality show with TV network xtvN, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet. A rep from xtvN also stated, "There are reports about the production of BoA's reality show, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. We're still in talks."
Previously, SHINee's Key and BoA were said to be collaborating for a reality show, but it looks like if 'Keyword #BoA' airs, it'll center on BoA.
