Last month during an interview on 'Entertainment Weekly', Cha Tae Hyun suspected that the reason his close friend Kim Jong Kook travels overseas so often is that he has a girlfriend in the United States.�
On the December 6 airing of SBS Power FM's�'Cultwo Show', Cha Tae Hyun once again stated, "Out of all my friends, Jong Kook is the only one that hasn't married yet. I definitely think he has a girlfriend somewhere in the United States. If not, I don't understand how he can travel there so often with his mom. I still can't get rid of the suspicion."
