BTS beat their own record for highest charting K-Pop group on Billboard's 'Hot 100' with 'MIC Drop' Remix

Another track by BTS�has entered Billboard's 'Hot 100'. This time even higher up on the chart at No. 28!


According to Billboard on December 4, the Steve Aoki�remix of "MIC Drop" featuring Desiigner�entered the 'Hot 100' chart, and also managed to take a spot in the top 40. This is BTS' first top 40 track on Billboard. It is also the highest-charting entry for a K-Pop group in general as BTS broke their own previous record for "DNA", which ranked No.67 on the 'Hot 100' chart in October.�

So far,�Psy�with "Gangnam Style", "Gentleman", and "Daddy" is the only other K-Pop artist who has charted higher than BTS on Billboard's 'Hot 100'. However, BTS remains the one and only K-Pop group to take a spot in the top 40 on the chart. Overall, the boy group now ties CL�as the K-Pop artist with the second most 'Hot 100' songs following Psy.
