YG Entertainment said fans are mistaking their intentions about iKON.
Just recently, iKONICs announced a boycott of all YG Entertainment-produced iKON goods because of their treatment of iKON. Fans' issues included iKON's continuous promotions outside of Korea, the artists' image management, and more.

YG Entertainment told Star Today, "iKON released an album this past May, and we're continuously preparing their new album as well as solo albums. This happened because of a misunderstanding with the fans."
