The producers of the show interviewed the police officer who arrived at the club after receiving the report. The police officer explained, "The victim's boyfriend reported the scene. Onew seemed drunk but he was very calm. He had a hat on and said he doesn't remember anything because he was drunk but if such a thing did happen, he apologizes."

'One Night of TV Entertainment' also visited the club in Gangnam, where Onew allegedly sexually harassed a woman.
According to a club associate, "The tables here are called the stage. We believe Onew grabbed the leg of the woman dancing on the stage multiple times." 'One Night of TV Entertainment' explained that Onew mistook the woman's leg for a pole and unconsciously grabbed it.
Onew's case is looking to be sent to prosecution for indictment without detention.
