Park Ji Won from 'Sixteen' explains why she left JYP Entertainment

misc.
Former JYP Entertainment trainee Park Ji Won revealed why she decided to leave the agency.

Currently, Park Ji Won is participating in Mnet girl group production program 'Idol School'. On the August 17 episode, Park Ji Won was placed in the same class as Seo Hae Rin and Lee Seo Yeon, who are also former trainees from the BIG3 (SM, YG, JYP) agencies of Korea.

While sharing concerns, Park Ji Won stated, "I was very frustrated after 'Sixteen'. The friends I was with on the program have debuted. I felt empty. I wanted to make my debut faster so I left JYP."

She continued, "But making my debut got even harder after I left JYP. I developed a trauma and became afraid to audition for other agencies. So I can agree with Seo Hae Rin and Lee Seo Yeon. We have spent our school days in the practice room."
