Ha Ji Won's agency has responded to reports of cosmetic distributor 'Gold Mark's $1 million lawsuit against the actress.
On August 29, her one-person label�Sun and Moon Entertainment�stated, "We're relaying our side concerning Gold Mark's lawsuit against Ha Ji Won. In terms of non-compliance with brand promotions, Gold Mark filed a claim in the past, which was rejected by the court. We have yet to see the content, but we believe the current suit is the same as the previous one."
Sun and Moon continued, "Regarding their claim for management fees, Ha Ji Won never had any management or commission contract with Gold Mark, so we cannot understand their claim. In addition, we're deeply regretful this malicious and one-sided media play went out just before her drama. We plan to respond more firmly."
Ha Ji Won is starring in the upcoming MBC�drama 'Hospital Ship'.
