Drama 'Signal' green lit for a second season?

Recently, rumors have been going around stating that�tvN's hit drama�'Signal' would be returning for a second season.�As speculations continued to grow, tvN decided to make an official statement in light of the situation.


On July 28, the broadcasting station told news outlets, "Regarding the social media messages about a 'Signal 2' in production, nothing has been confirmed at this time. Such messages are false."


Prior to this, various notices flooded Facebook regarding a second season of the drama, claiming that it would be released in 2018 and that the exact same cast would be returning.

However, it has been confirmed that such speculations are indeed false, leaving many fans out in the cold.
