Yina has announced her departure from BP RaNia (formerly known as RaNia).

SEE ALSO: Stella Jang describes how she dreamed of becoming a rapper while listening to Big Bang's songs

On June 8, Yina posted to Instagram that she's no longer a part of the DR Music girl group. She posted, "There have been so many memories during the past 6 years. I'm so thankful and sorry to the fans who've cheered me on, but due to a variety of circumstances, I've decided to leave RaNia. There were a lot of hard times, but I was able to promote energetically because of our fans all over the world. Though I've left, I ask that you give my dongsengs a lot of love and support for their upcoming first full-length album. I hope you're always healthy and happy, and I'll always miss you. (Excluding Yumin T.T) Posted by Yina."

Judging from Yina's post, it's likely Yumin has left RaNia as well, but there remains to be confirmation. Yina originally debuted as the leader of RaNia in 2011 and left the group in 2014. Though she re-joined in 2016, it looks like she's decided to part ways with RaNia once again.

Stay tuned for updates on Yina.

This is officially Saem/Yina 2nd departure from the group. I really fear for the future of BP RaNia...they have just had poor management from the very beginning, and I don't know if this group can truly survive anymore. They recruited their first African American K-idol in Alex, but honestly she has felt more like a marketing ploy more than anything, and I hate to even utter it, but I don't know how else to describe it? I mean it took demand from fans just for Alex to part live stages as she would always walk off the stage ever since she debuted with RaNia in last comeback for 'Demonstrate' before group was revamped to BP RaNia in late 2016. Then with 'Start a Fire' same thing only one small part then walk off stage...wasn't until 'Make Me Ah' they finally showcased Alex like a full fledged member for the first time. at least temporarily until she had she was once again summon to do another outside project during promotions..I was quite heart broken by it all because fans shouldn't have had to outcry like that for Alex to be featured as an actual member, that should've happened from the start. The visa issues was used as an excuse the first time, but then it just felt like after more excuses were coming up as lame explanation why Alex was not being in promotional material, and it became quite unacceptable. So I really don't know what to say anymore, their popularity seems to be fixed with little to no growth, none of their songs have charted high on Gaon, Melon etc. since 2013's comeback with lead 'Just Go' so they're virtually going nowhere under DR and it's a shame because i know the girls are all talented, but they're with a dying label that is not going to get their true stardom like SM, YG, DSP Media, Starship, Cube etc. I want so much to root for BP RaNia, but realistically..I just don't see how much longer BP RaNia can survive before they reach their limits. Their next comeback will have to be very strong, with a near perfect song & mv to followed with every single girl being featured with a great line distribution etc. Without this...BP RaNia is close to being done.

It has always been a mismanaged group since day one. At the very beginning there was hype for their future; foreign contacts and an expectation for an international, more mature sound. But then the group never got proper backing. They could really have become something. But members began leaving as if the group was a revolving door. One can't blame the members for that. One or two members leaving over the years can be understood, but a mass exodus of members and a lack of visibility that Rania has experienced does not happen unless there are serious problems and disorder within the management and lack of support.

lyricaldancer10 Saturday, June 10, 2017

I think the group is done. Everyone is just leaving. Like after school.

karakamilia Thursday, June 8, 2017

The one group that refuses to disband. Yina was my bias anyway <3

xiaozhu Thursday, June 8, 2017

The group is a lost cause anyway.

rachelsyn Thursday, June 8, 2017

Smart girl. That group's time and chances for any recognition are sadly over now. Their company is the worst.

taj4329 Thursday, June 8, 2017

Its not Alex's fault but Alex's insertion made the group a sideshow like 6bomb. Can't blame her for wanting to leave the circus. If you want to include foreigners you need at least three like the J-Line in Twice or C-Line in Cosmic Girls. And they all need to speak decent korean and know how to dance.

pink_oracle taj4329 Thursday, June 8, 2017

And stay on stage for the entire song.

JessicaRabbit123 taj4329 Thursday, June 8, 2017

What nonsense... In a group of 4-7, half of the group doesn't need to be foreign just for the sake of having them. And what about groups like BlackPink, f(x), CLC, or Fiestar that half 1 or 2 foreign members? Also BP RaNia has a Chinese member named Ttabo who also came in the group with zero fluency of Korean Ttabo is the groups main dancer and Alex also knows to dance, she just wasn't included in the choregraphy because of their mean choregraphy (whose been fired).

pink_oracle JessicaRabbit123 Thursday, June 8, 2017

You actually bought that crap excuse for Alex being too up herself to do the whole performance?

JessicaRabbit123 pink_oracle Friday, June 9, 2017

What are you talking about? I said that Alex wasn't included because of the choreographer.

pink_oracle JessicaRabbit123 Friday, June 9, 2017

Which is a straight up lie. The choreographer is hired by the company to come up with and teach dances, she has no authority whatsoever. If DP wanted Alex to dance the choreographer would have to teach her the dances. And then Alex never explained her 'real' reason not to dance. She just made some shady hints....and then ran off to America leaving her group mid promotions.

JessicaRabbit123 pink_oracle Friday, June 9, 2017

Well why did the company take her side and fire the choreographer? Alex been wanting to dance and even wrote it and told the Korean fans (who posted it in the cafe). I guess we'll see with this comeback if its really the company, the choreographer or her.

pink_oracle JessicaRabbit123 Friday, June 9, 2017

When did they fire the choreographer?

JessicaRabbit123 pink_oracle Saturday, June 10, 2017

I'm not sure when exactly, but last month the fanbase was introduced to their new choreographer (and her dance assistant). The girls have posted tons of pictures with her and even got her a cake. I think she lives outside of Korea though. But RaNia only ever had 1 choregrapher, Ragi, who made all their dances so we're assuming this new one will too. She already made their new one.

pink_oracle JessicaRabbit123 Saturday, June 10, 2017

With no official statement though she could just be a one off. I mean by that logic you could say Alex was fired because of that time a member posted a group photo without her that said Family Photo.

karebearsays pink_oracle Wednesday, June 21, 2017

The thing is, Alex told me herself she doesn't even know the real reason as to why she wasn't allowed to dance. They always just told her that she wasn't going to be dancing. She even said that if it wasn't for the fans emailing and calling and posting about it, DRM probably would've never let her dance.

karebearsays pink_oracle Thursday, June 22, 2017

The thing is, you don't really know or follow her, so how would you know if she's lying, tell me that. I literally got this information directly out her mouth, what do you have? Allkpop and Koreaboo? You're just a bandwagoner who probably just doesn't like Alex being in KPop period so you blame her for the problems whenever you can. Do you honestly think a person who has been working hard trying to be a star since she was 5 years old, someone who decided to hop on a plane to Korea to be apart of some gg and company she didn't even really know about that well, and who dances the entire choreo to the respective songs at the side all the time would decide she doesn't want to dance because she doesn't feel like it? Honestly if that was the case, she could just stop dancing on the side all the time and just walk up to the CEO and be like, "I feel like dancing today." And they'd let her. Come on now, what sense does that make? Get tf outta here.

pink_oracle karebearsays Thursday, June 22, 2017

I'm sorry, I'm not reading your drivel. The second you threw out that WEEEEEEAAAAK lie about knowing Alex you became completely irrelevant.

karebearsays pink_oracle Thursday, June 22, 2017

Bruh, I didn't say I knew Alex at all, I went to her Atl fanmeet where she explained a lot of the things that many of us were wondering about. I don't think her saying that was recorded because most of us was focusing on what she had to say, but I can give you a link to the video from the fanmeet. Who's weak now honey? Please take several seats.

pink_oracle karebearsays Thursday, June 22, 2017

I'm sorry, did you just say you provided me with a link to some random fan cam that doesn't contain any proof of your point? Is this a joke? What is even going on here?

karebearsays pink_oracle Thursday, June 22, 2017

I know it's generally hard to believe when somebody says "Oh this celeb told me this directly" but I stand by wholeheartedly what I said because I know it's the truth. I am not one who generally lies and I can actually tag another person who was there with me to back up what I'm saying. I can actually recount exactly what happened right before she explained the situation to us that day, I remember we were the first ones who had gotten there and after I embarrassed myself by slipping on the sidewalk (to which she joked about the entire time afterwards), the very first thing we asked her about was the dance situation to which she explained wholeheartedly. She later explained again to the rest of the group when I accidentally asked again. It's your choice on whether you believe me or not, but I believe that everything in the dark will come into the light, and I believe DRM will be exposed on all the shady things they've done to both Alex and BP RaNia.

kpopfandom2 Thursday, June 8, 2017

Yina's the smart one. She left before things got really ugly

mikaay Thursday, June 8, 2017

She never realy looked happy during promotions, i allways thought she looks like she made a wrong decision and regrets it. I hope she can find something that suits her better :)

JessicaRabbit123 mikaay Thursday, June 8, 2017

You must not follow the group because Saem was more playful and more at ease, which she acknowledges, with this lineup than the last.

Haru_ki Thursday, June 8, 2017

their company is a mess, and i can't see no future for BP Rania but well i hope everything goes well with both :)
