On June 30, the Seoul Central District Court held a trial for Lee Juno's case on fraud and indecent assault.

Lee Juno was sued for borrowing and not paying back 165,000,000 won (~140,000 USD) to each of his acquaintances A and B. He was also accused of indecent assault by two women who claimed to have met Lee Juno in a club in Seoul.
The singer was found guilty of all charges. He is sentenced one year and 6 months in prison, 40 hours of sexual violence program treatment, and 10 years of registering his personal information.
While walking out of the court, Lee Juno commented, "I'm not sure about the others but I'm very upset about the charges of indecent assault. I'll be discussing it with my lawyer and plan for an appeal. I apologize."
