Thai cosmetic brand 'Cathy Doll' is accused of plagiarizing the hit track by EXID for their CF.
For the new CF, 'Cathy Doll' formed a girl group with female models and released an MV. Netizens are finding the CF MV an issue as it seems to sound greatly similar to EXID's ''Up & Down''.

Numerous fans filed complaints regarding the similarities. In response, EXID's label Banana Culture announced, "We have confirmed the reports by fans. We're currently looking into the situation."
