Following an exclusive report on actor Joo Won's military enlistment supposedly being slated for May 16, a representative of Huayi Brothers told StarNews, "Joo Won is planning to enlist in the army in May," clearing up the speculations.
Having finished filming new SBS historical drama 'My Sassy Girl', Joo Won is currently waiting to enlist. Furthermore, it was revealed that Joo Won initially canceled his police force enlistment last September and decided to enter as an active-duty soldier instead.
The representative explained, "We have not received an official notice yet. We will be making an announcement upon its receipt."
