Nam Yoon Sung to drop out of 'Produce 101' due to health concerns

Nam Yoon Sung is the third 'Produce 101' contestant to leave the second season of the Mnet show.

On March 23, his agency I.ONE Entertainment told media outlets, "Nam Yoon Sung will be leaving 'Produce 101 Season 2' due to health concerns that arose at his last checkup. Due to these health concerns, Nam Yoon Sung was unable to film their performance for 'M! Countdown'. We told producers on March 22 he would be leaving the show."

Previously, trainees Han Jong Yeon left the show due to controversy about this past, while trainee Kim Si Hyun also left due to health concerns.

The second season of 'Produce 101' premiers on April 7.
