Actor Lee Tae Gon has been cleared of all assault accusations made against him this past January.
On March 7, Lee Tae Gon's agency Choice Good stated, "Lee Tae Gon has already been cleared of all assault charges after police investigation. His actions have been deemed as self-defense, and the other parties have been arrested." The Suwon District Prosecutor's Office also revealed the other parties have been charged with making false accusations and causing bodily harm.
As previously reported, two men approached the actor in January of 2017, asking to shake his hand and addressing him informally. When he declined the request due to their rude language, it started an argument, and one of the men caused injuries to Lee Tae Gon's face.
Though the other parties claimed Lee Tae Gon was partially at fault, he's now been found innocent.
