Kim Hyun Joong has been going through a long legal battle with his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, who was recently indicted for fraud and manipulating evidence.
His label KeyEastsaid, "Kim Hyun Joong is being discharged on the 11th. He's only going to have a short greeting."
