Yoon Kyun Sang talks about his 1st ever lead drama role in 'Rebel: The Thief Who Stole People'

Actor Yoon Kyun Sang, who will be taking on his first ever lead role in a drama, said, "I am very nervous and scared of the fact that I am the lead in a 30-episode historical drama. I was worried about whether I would be able to accurately portray the role of Hong Gil Dong. After beginning the production with the sunbaenims, the director, the writers, and more, and talking things over with them, my worries turned into anticipation."

He also elaborated on the production and shared, "There's a part that is very appropriate in the theme of the story and the current time. They say these days that people are divided into gold spoons and steel spoons, and to viewers who feel that they're living this unfair life, we will approach them with a drama that is a refresher."

'Rebel: The Thief Who Stole People' also stars Chae Soo Bin, Kim Ji Suk, Honey Lee, and more and will premiere January 30 at 10 PM KST.
