Cosmic Girls are unbelievably happy about making it to the top of the charts with their new song!

Cosmic Girls expressed their unbound joy at reaching the top of a music chart with their new song!

The title track "I Wish" from Cosmic Girls's 4th mini album 'From. WJSN' saw impressive results, ranking #1 on Mnet.com, 3rd on Olleh Music, and more. This is the first time since their debut in February of 2016 that they landed on the #1 spot on a music chart.

Cosmic Girls shared about their achievement, "First, we are grateful that many people listened to and loved Cosmic Girls' music. We can start the new year with joy thanks to them."

They continued, "There was excitement about making a comeback but there was also pressure. When we heard the news about [our success] on music charts, we shed this year's first tears of joy. We will work even harder from now on so please support us!"

Personal opinions on the music aside, I think it's because their trending members (Cheng Xiao, Yeon Jung, Exy, Dawon, Dayong, etc) help attract more people to their music. Cheng Xiao especially wasn't as popular during their last comeback because that was before she rose to fame. I think that's why they're doing better this time around, and I'm glad they are :)

I was thinking it, about Cheng Xiao, but I was afraid anyway I said it would have sounded like a criticism of the girls talent. And I do think they have talent.

Even when the song is very bland, the video is gorgeous. I am happy for this girls because they are truly offering something different and I hope the best for them
