According to a report by Chosun Ilbo, the gangster met with Choi Soon Sil and her sister, Choi Soon Deuk, back in July of 2015.
He stated, "I met the Choi sisters through a friend at a restaurant in Gangnam...They wore designer clothes and bags and were rude in their speech and behavior."
The man added, "They said that [Jung Yoora] left home to live with her boyfriend and spends over 20,000,000 KRW (~$17,700 USD) per month... They had tried everything to break them up, but nothing worked, so they asked me to take care of him." The gangster was also told that he would be compensated generously if he could get the job done.
However, the man stated that he turned down the offer because he wasn't an errand boy and it also seemed inappropriate to meddle with family affairs.
