Jung Chae Yeon discussed her dieting method in a recent photo shoot interview for 'International BNT.'


In the pictorials, Jung Chae Yeon wore jewelry pieces from 'Lamucha' and showed off her unique beauty in two different concepts. She donned a white shirt and a knitted top, portraying her innocent beauty. The second concept with a simple black dress showed off her glam and chic beauty. 


She explained, "I started off at 64kg (141 lbs) and lost 16kg (35 lbs) in 3 months. I ate almost nothing, and only ate soft tofu and soy milk. If I wanted to eat more, I would eat cherry tomatoes. Doing dance practice on top of that helped me lose weight." 

About maintaining the weight, she commented, "My overall health, including my blood pressure, became bad. Because I have to work, I eat nowadays." When asked about her health, Chae Yeon added, "People don't pass out that easily. I take vitamins and other supplements. When I have a chance to eat, I eat well."
