Goo Hye Sun opens up about Ahn Jae Hyun and their wedding donation in 'Women's JoongAng'

In May, the newlyweds received praise for donating their wedding funds to a children's hospital, continued to receive compliments afterward for taking part in various charity activities. 

Goo Hye Sun said about her wedding donation, "We came to question the meaning of today's wedding; who and what is it for? In a way, I am apologetic that we exaggerated the idea of 'donation' when we're actually nothing special. I'll appreciate it if people can just see it as a small act by young people."

She also talked about her husband, and said, "Unlike his looks, he's very hard working and unlike me, he has a lot of thoughts and he's someone whom I can communicate with."
