BewhY, along with Simon D, GRAY, and Producer Choi Hyo Jin were present at the 'Show Me the Money 5' press conference held on July 19.
BewhY, who was also a participant on 'Show Me the Money 4,' opened up, "Last year, I was eliminated during the third round, and in the second round, I was given three 'fail's. I still don't quite understand to this day. If there's one thing that changed after a year, it's that I've matured a lot but I've also greatly changed my way of thinking and my overall attitude."

The rapper added, "In the past year, I hadn't acknowledged my own worth. But after I was eliminated from 'Show Me the money 4,' I realized that I didn't regard myself highly and worth the salt. I believe these [changed] thoughts greatly influenced me on this year's 'Show Me the Money 5.'"
